Refund policy

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Before you ship items back to us, please note the following:

• Item(s) must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging.
• Please include the order number.
• Damaged returns cannot be accepted. Make sure to package your return carefully.
• Return shipping is a flat rate of $8.99 per case.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed after the merchandise is received.
